No party would be complete without a champagne pyramid, cake and, of course, fireworks!  The spectacular firework display, timed perfectly to musical accompaniment, lit up the outer-buildings and ruined walls of the historic Chateau.  As the show came to an end, the cake, adorned with roman candles, was brought into the Grand Gallerie.
